It’s the issue Obama scolded the court about in his State of the Union address and one that some say is the most significant change in US politics in the last 100 years.
The Supreme Court’s ruling in Citizens United V, FEC has now made it possible for corporations to use their vast financial resources to buy and sell our elected representatives. We need to overrule that decision and restore the power of the people over corporations.
